General Policy

  • Provided professional instruction by well–trained and certified Instructor(s). No hidden fees for Each lesson for Class 4 is one hour @ $100/- ; 1.5 hour @ $ 150/- ; 2 hours @ 200/- ; 10 hours package @ $980/- and for Class 5/7 is one hour @ $80/- ; 1.5 hour @ $ 120/- ; 2 hours @ 160/- ; 10 hours package @ $780/- for co–pilot driving.
  • Each practical driving lesson is 60 minutes duration (50 minutes practical training; the last 10 minutes will be used for debriefing at end of driving lesson). The same rule applies to 1.5 hours or 2 hours lesson time; the last 10 minutes will be used for debriefing.
  • One Instructor and only one student driver (total two persons) can sit inside the car during a driving lesson. In certain cases, one Observer may be present (total three persons) or two Observers may be present (total four persons).
  • The rate for road test Class 4 will be charged at $200/- which includes 30 minutes of warm up driving, 1 hour of road test until completion along with Commercial Pre–Trip; the rate for road test Class 5/7 will be charged at $180/- which includes 30 minutes of warm up driving, 1 hour of road test until completion. This also includes the pick–up and drop off services as well within 2 kms from the Road Test Location.
  • Rent a Car for Class 4, 5/7 Road Test : If any accident will happen during Road Test, student has the liability to pay for any damage cost, if he/she is at fault or NOT, to the car owner.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation of road test appointment booked by the School should keep School informed 72 hours before; otherwise a penalty of $25/- will be charged by the ICBC.
  • $30/- will be charged for less than 24 hours’ notice on a cancellation of driving lesson for all the students (Class 4, 5/7, GLP / Non–GLP / Package hour).
  • Package hour in–car refund is subjected to pro–rata basis and an administration fee of $30/- will be charged for any cancellation.

Refund Policy

  • NO REFUND of Lesson fee if refused at the Start of the Lesson; or if the Instructor is at Student’s Doorstep, but the Student didn’t show up due to any reason.
